Services Provided
Prior to your loved one moving into Crest View Adult Family Home they need to have an up to date assessment done by a qualified licensed nurse. Elaine Nerland, RN has been our trusted Nurse Delegator for 16 years and can help with this if needed. That assessment and visit with the resident and family will help us get a detailed history to make the transition into Crest View as smooth as possible. Our team will write a detailed care plan for all caregivers to follow which will be reviewed by Tanya and the DPOA to make sure it is the best possible plan of care for your loved one. We offer the following services, plus additional services based on the residents needs.
What We Don’t Do
By law, we are not allowed to provide the following:
- Intravenous therapy
- Sterile dressing change
- Physically restrain or lock residents in
- Give medications, prescribed or over the counter, that are not part of the treatment plan from the residents doctor unless in a written order
- We are not allowed to have more than 6 residents in each home
If you are in need of any of these services, Renee provides counseling to help you find a place that will better suit your needs.
Who would be a good fit?
The health of the culture of our home, like any family, depends on our careful selection process. Find out who our ideal residents look like and who would be the right fit for our home.
